The Leadership Team:

Col Ralph Hagler (Ret)
President
Colonel Hagler commanded the Second Ranger Battalion in combat in Grenada during OPERATION URGENT FURY. Following his retirement from the Army, he has held a broad range of senior management positions in both the private and public sector in the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He is currently a Senior Executive with an International Security Corporation.

John S. Devlin III
Vice President
Mr. Devlin is a graduate of West Point and during his Army career served in combat as a Rifle Platoon Leader during the invasion of Panama. He is an attorney at law and a litigation partner in the Seattle based firm of Lane, Powell, Spears, Lubersky LLP.

Mark Wilkins
Treasurer
Mr. Wilkins is a current resident of St. Louis, MO and is employed by Merrill Lynch in its Private Banking and Investment Group. He was recently named one of America's Top 50 Brokers. His brother, Major Patrick Wilkins, served with great distinction in the Second Ranger Battalion during the Global War on Terrorism.

Matt Scherrer
Secretary
Matt Scherrer received his commission from Princeton University's Army ROTC program as an Infantry officer. During his time in the military, he served as a Platoon Leader at 2nd Ranger Battalion, deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and currently works for Thompson Street Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm.
